Previously we discussed how exercises within the platform need to be identified by the modality by which they are performed.
An example of a common exercise which can be performed with multiple types of “Equipment” would be a bicep curl which could be performed with a dumbbell, barbell, resistance band, and likely a number of additional ways.
Additional and potentially less intuitive examples of “Equipment” might be an agility ladder, plyo boxes, sand bags or TRX straps.
