Workout Templates

Previously under the Getting Started portion of this document we discussed how when creating a workout there are 6 different templates (Workout of the Day, Block, Interval, Circuit, Stations and Tandem) from which to choose, and provided some background info on each.

In this section we will go a bit deeper on each template and show you how each of the respective templates are displayed when utilized to build a workout. As a reminder, the ideal template can be determined based on how a given workout is structured and/or to where the visualization is delivered.

Below is a series of questions that will help point you in the right direction when choosing the correct template:

I want to display a different workout on multiple TV's, which template should I use?
