Manage Attributes

Attributes are the characteristic by which any exercise is defined. Attributes are typically identified by the following units of measure; repetitions, time or distance. They can also be identified by subsets of each, such as feet, meters, yards, seconds or minutes.

As an example a lunge can be performed for 30 repetitions, for 30 seconds or for a distance of 30 yards and are capable of eliciting a moderately to significantly different response.
