Creating a Workout Challenge

Workout Challenges are an exciting way to engage participants through activity.  Challenges have no limit to how long they are available and you can let participants submit their best score (e.g. lowest time for a 1-mile run) or a cumulative score (e.g. most steps in one month).  Challenges automatically have leaderboards once participants begin posting their scores.
