The Blocks template allows you to group exercises together, and then cycle from one
group to another. These groups or “Blocks” can include up to 8 different exercises per block.
The workout can be constructed to automatically rotate from one block to another, by assigning a certain amount of time for said block to be completed. This is perfect for use in an unsupervised environment.
it can also be constructed so that a trainer must manually switch from one block to another, by leaving the time for block completion set at 0:00. This is perfect when a trainer may need to manage transitions between blocks or when completion of one block of exercises may require a longer duration than completion of another block.
The Blocks template is only available for workouts which are displayed on a TV.
