How does your pricing structure work?

We have a subscription based pricing structure per location with a one time on boarding fee. Once you have signed up you are free to use all features of our platform. Our platform is specifically designed for programming and has multiple timers, templates, and a library of hundreds of exercises.

What do I need to start displaying my programming?

You will need a TV to display workouts and an iPad to download our free app which is used as a dashboard to control all programming on your TV.  To connect your devices, you will need an HDMI cord and Apple approved dongle or if you have Apple TV you can connect wirelessly. That’s it!

How many exercises to you have in your movement library?

We have over 1500+ exercises in our library and it is constantly growing.  Users can also easily upload movements of their own with their smartphone and add them to the library.  If you don’t see a movement or series of movements you are looking for, let us know and we will include these moves in our next library update!

Is there a limit to how many workouts can be uploaded?

There is not limit

How quickly can I add a workout?

As fast as you can make them.  Roughly it takes about 3-4 minutes to create basic workouts and about 10 minutes for more advance workouts. 

Can I use my branding?

Yes, the Functional Solutions platform is designed so that our customers brands are at the forefront.  Incorporate your logo, your company colors, your programming and style.  We encourage you to make it your own!

What kind of support do you offer your customers?

Our platform was designed by operators for operators, so simplicity was intertwined in everything we do from the get go.  But as with any new product, it takes some time to get acquainted.  As soon as customers come on board we give you a quick start guide to get moving and we schedule a full one on one training session for your location.  If for any reason you get stuck along the way, we have our fssupport.io website dedicated to customer support with step by step articles and videos for many elements of our platform.  Of course aside from this we are always a phone call or e-mail away!
